Full Refund for all orders within 30 Days

All Return Requests are accepted up to 30 Days from the purchase date.

Refund:
Please login to your account and submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive your return for processing your refund.

Exchange:
To exchange a product within the 30 days period, please use our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) service and request an exchange

Cancellation:
A customer may choose to cancel an order as long as the request is submitted 24 hours prior to the shipment of the package.
If your product is already shipped, please request an RMA for a refund after receiving your order.

 

Warranty:

1 Year Limited Warranty (Products with physical damage or water damage will not be covered under the warranty)
